Ayurveda for Care

Ayurveda is unique for prevention and promotion of health. It is not a system of only cure. The main objective of ayurveda is Care. The care element is more focused to avoid a future situation that demands cure.
How care of health is possible?
We are familiar with a lot of measures for HEALTH CARE.  It includes individual actions and community activities. Preventive vaccines, personal hygiene, environmental sanitation, Food and Nutrition, healthy habits are some of them.
Ayurveda brings all these under one roof named Swasthavritta. It includes  measures a person has to follow to get in tune with the changes happening within self and surroundings. There are lots of changes happening every moment. If we are capable of adjusting with that, we will remain healthy. If we are not able for that Ayurveda has medicine and treatment for that. This is the concept of care in Ayurveda
